SANJEEV KUMAR, GRC Global Cloud Security Lead, Dell Secureworks
Abstract: With more organizations moving their workloads and application into the multi-cloud environment as part of their strategy, but with these payoffs come a few management headaches. Securing a multi-cloud environment can be seen as highly problematic and challenging. What are the factors that can complicate the Multi-Cloud strategy and how to scale protection to accommodate issues like growth, as well as how to consistently track and secure workloads that span multiple cloud environments.
This presentation will provide actionable advice for attendees to improve their multi-cloud security strategy. Attendees will learn:
- What is different about multi-cloud security and why it is MUST for Large enterprises?
- Concerns organizations have about use of the multi-cloud and the frequency of those concerns becoming realities?
- What are the areas that MUST be considered?
- How Security-by-design and Privacy-by-design is the future of multi-cloud strategy?
- Why Cloud Adoption strategy, Application transformation/migration strategy, and IT transformation strategy must include multi-cloud security strategy?

Abstract: How to apply CCA Cloud Control Matrix within the context of shared cyber security responsibility to rationalize multi-vendor cloud solutions.
Rear Admiral Grace Hopper, one of the first female computer scientist, famously noted : “ Life was simple before WWII. After that, we had systems “. Today this quote may sound something like : “ Life was simple before Internet and on-demand computing. After that, we had Clouds “
In this presentation we will explore and share how CCA Cloud Control Matrix can be aligned with shared cybersecurity delivery model
to reduce the risk and improve the compliance of the technology platform that supports digital business transformation initiatives within your Enterprise.

Abstract: "Cloud First!" is the rallying cry for companies large and small, from startup to blue chip. After all, cloud strategy is the wave of the future, right!!!???!!! But just as outsourcing in the 90's ran into serious problems, so too, does cloud migration in the teens, have similar problems. A big one is maturity. How do you measure the maturity of your cloud strategy? And how do you measure it across multiple clouds? Are there different metrics for Google Code Engine, Microsoft's Azure, and Amazon's AWS? Maturity crosses a lot of boundaries, from compliance, to security, to SDLC. Is there a framework to measure it against multiple providers? How do we do it? We're beginning to build this, and want feedback!! Let's talk!
