We welcome beginners as well as people who have practiced Qigong or Tai Chi for years. You'll learn healing exercises that are fun and dynamic. Through gentle movements, visualizations, breathing and conscious intention we will revitalize the life energy and creative power. By the end of class you will feel restored mind, body and spirit. Self-healing is a dynamic process. We are developing a focused internal awareness of our subtle energies, posture and breathe. We learn to use the sacred postures and breathing techniques to produce and store Qi in the energetic core. It is fun to experience the free energy we generate as we align our bodies with nature. Feeling great really only takes minutes a day. Art of Healing classes include books, videos and other materials to make learning our practices easy.
