Karl Gibbons Bio
Karl is a graduate of Stafford University, England where he majored in fashion design. After graduating, Karl’s career included roles inside international brands including Lerose, Miss Selfridge, Prestat Chocolates and W. Bill. After just a few years of ‘corporate life’ he decided that running his own business was the only way forward. A serial entrepreneur, Karl created and sold four multi-million dollar businesses by the age of 40 including: Tie Rack, Flash Trash, Theodore’s Bear Emporium and Classic Collections! Third Eye Management was founded in England in 1988.
Karl has been hailed as one of the new breed of business philosophers. A world renowned motivational speaker and mentor, he has documented and shared his principles and insights on management and leadership with thousands of people around the globe including such distinguished dignitaries as His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. He has lectured in Entrepreneurial Management on the MBA program at Cranfield University (the English equivalent of Harvard). Karl serves on the Advisory Board of the Small Business Development Center at Florida Gulf Coast University, sits on the board of the Edison Inventors Association and is Chairman of the Entrepreneur Society of Naples. If all that were not enough, he is also a co-founder of Club E International and is co-host with Carl Gould of “Quit & Get Rich with The G Team” radio show on W4CY with 4.5 million listeners.
Karl has been recognized many times for his achievements: 1998 Barclays Bank Business of the Year, 2008 he was winner of the Liz Cashman award and Gulfshore Business magazine named him one of the 54 Power Players and Influential Forces in the region’s business community.

The first 6 attendees to arrive early by 7:00am will each get a private one-on-one 10 minute Business Brew session with the speakers. Bring your toughest question, most difficult challenge, and your biggest problem and they will give you their raw honest feedback.
