What we're about

You might be a cooperator if you are:

• Uninspired by typical job listings
• Certain that meaningful, dignified, and living-wage work is a human right
• Ready to imagine and enact co-operative solutions to a myriad of economic, social, and environmental issues

There are more than 30,000 co-ops in the U.S. with a total yearly revenue of $654 billion. More than 120 million Americans are owners of a co-op, but only 11 percent of survey respondents could define the basic elements of a co-op.

That's where this group and our events come in. We will imagine new forms of economic cooperation that save money and provide for our needs, all by doing the work we are passionate about.

Co-ops are a game changing tool for economic collaboration. This group is for people who believe another world is possible and are ready to make it happen, with a little help from their friends.
