Topic: How To Survive Hosting Your Own Online Summit:
Tales from the Green Room
Presenter: Jackie Simmons, GSCA Member
Have you ever wondered what it really takes to host your own summit or create your own virtual stage? How could you create one that becomes a traffic magnet that even gets other people to drive traffic to it?
But things don’t always go smoothly. For example, what would you do if there was an internet outage when you were setting up your online event? That happened to Jackie Simmons, yet from her attendees’ perspective her summit came off without a hitch.
Jackie Simmons, the host of The Woman Entrepreneur Show and a GSCA member, will be taking us on a behind the scenes tour of the sometimes mysterious, sometimes tech-challenged, always “glamorous”, world of online summits and virtual stages.
Jackie Simmons learned the hard way that what most people call sales doesn't work for her. As a result, Jackie's become an expert in "sales from the inside out." She calls it: "SYOY: Selling Yourself On Yourself." And despite the fact that, in her own words, she "sucks at what most people call sales," her book, Your Path From Secret To Success, became a #1 Amazon International Best-seller.
Now, Jackie stands on stages, teaches online courses, and hosts 3-day live, in-person, events in Sarasota, 3 times a year. She claims to have the “best job in the world” because she gets to be a part of amazing transformations and watch as new opportunities arrive for her clients, as if by magic.
It took Jackie over 30 years to figure it out and she doesn’t think anyone else should have to take that long! Come and hear Jackie share her latest learning curve around marketing in the internet age with the GSCA in June.
