Topic: THE NARCISSISM SURVIVAL GUIDE - Dealing with and Managing Difficult People

Presented Leslie Austin, Ph.D., GSCA Member

TIME: The meeting will begin at 11:30 am and continue till 1:30 pm. To make the most and best of our allotted time together, please plan to arrive as close to 11:30 as possible so the kitchen can receive our lunch choices by 11:45. This will allow maximum time for presentations and networking.

Presentation Description:
We've all met "impossible people" in our business and personal lives — inconsiderate, abusive, or controlling people who just have to be “right and “win” all the time. Confronting or ignoring them doesn’t work, so what do you do? Staying stuck in this no-win pattern can leave you feeling frustrated and resentful – and getting nowhere! These challenging people seem to be everywhere these days!

In this stimulating discussion Dr. Austin will present the basics of her unique and proven system for learning:

- how to deal with these people strategically,
- the real reasons why they behave this way,
- why all narcissistic behavior isn’t bad, and
- why most of what you read or see on YouTube about dealing with narcissistic people doesn’t work!

Come join us and enjoy a lively, fun, enlightening dialogue!
