For the next few months we'll be running a resilience training program called Bounce Back Better (B)®. Each week we will discuss another topic related to career resilience to help you improve your growth and change
No matter what phase of career you're in, we will make sure to include everyone and make the discussions relevant for you! No prior attendance is required, so you can jump in anytime.

Professional career workshops can be very expensive and require major commitment. This group is a way to get (almost) free professional advice from experienced professionals and career coaches. If you feel it provides value, we ask for a suggested donation of $5.

Why do we get stuck in anger, shame and anxiety for weeks! Why does stress never seem to end? Because of our thoughts! Our thoughts stretch the lifespan of an emotion, creating that longer term feeling. When we are stuck in an emotion for a long time, it affects our behavior. Sometimes in ways we like, other times not so much. Creating more awareness of our emotions gives us the freedom to show up in the world the way we want to. That awareness also helps us understand others better. It helps us connect and communicate more effectively. It helps us bounce back from adversity more quickly. The good news is, you don't need to be born an enlightened guru to do this. These are just skills we can develop through practice.
