I believe artful food celebrates your passion for living.
Being able to share what I know about cooking techniques, ingredients and kitchen tools that will help you to improve your skills and experience new flavor combinations. I want to encourage home cooks to break out of tired cooking routines.
My way to approach food and cooking is based on: - Using fresh, high quality ingredients, as much as possible; naturally produced or grown. - Using a few, reliable sources for great recipes, and my own practice as a chef in Paris. - Having the right tools on hand and being able to time your meals easily - Using sound fundamental techniques acquired hands-on in restaurants (mine and others) to make your cooking more reliable and faster. - teaching you to be creative with basic ingredients you already have.

Born in Italy, spent many years in France I speak French, Italian and English. My husband is a fine Swedish fellow and have a very large extended family.
Born Italian & studied at the Sorbonne, I've traveled much of the world & enjoy cooking wherever I go. Cooking in my 2 Paris restaurants was my passion. I am sharing what I know in my monthly "Culinary Delights Cooking Class." Look for it on meetup.
