Please join us this December when our guest speaker will be Lorna Walsh.
Copy Editors: Nitpickers or Lifesavers?
This will be a fun session that answers the questions: What do copy editors do exactly? What don’t they do? Where does copyediting fit into the editorial process? What makes a good copy editor? Why do I need one? How do I get one? And most importantly: Should it be “copy editor,” “copy-editor,” or “copyeditor”? Although it won’t be a grammar lesson, the session will also highlight the common mistakes that even the most accomplished writers make.
Attendees will be offered FREE copyediting (5000 words max.) from the Embark Editorial Agency!
