What we're about

Research evidence suggests links between improved health and spirituality and religiosity (*Viftrup, D. T., Hvidt, N. C., & Buus, N. (2013).

This group will be evolving to include a grace filled small group experience for mental and emotional wellness and resiliency. You can read more about Grace Groups — Grace Alliance (mentalhealthgracealliance.org) (https://mentalhealthgracealliance.org/explore-grace-groups)

Based on group input, we will still continue to learn about Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to assist in helping others or just your own personal growth journey. Learn techniques and tools to gain insight into behavioral addictions such as food addictions, nicotine, sex, drug, alcohol, relationship, gambling, and even physical fitness additions.
