  • How Do I Do That Again ? .... The Power of Business Processes”, facilitated by Geoff Strotmann

Part 3 of a 10-part Lunch ‘n Learn discussion vignette series, each serving as a short introduction to the Small Business Boot-Camp business education series. Although processes are among most business owners' least favourite topics and they are often avoided until too late, then implemented in a rush as a band-aid for some catastrophe, processes are critical to and can be developed and implemented for businesses of all sizes. Processes are a proven method for improving business efficiency, flexibility and adaptability and a critical contributor to ultimate improvement in your revenue stream. This presentation will touch on the basics of process development, scalability and will demonstrate why investment in process development is a good investment.

Geoff Strotmann is an experienced, competent and results driven professional with over thirty years of experience in the areas of business analysis, quality control, operations management, risk management, program management, and strategic sourcing. He has a strong focus on alignment of business strategy with both supportive infrastructure and repeatable processes.

Geoff is equally comfortable with local and global opportunities, and has spent his career creating and maintaining strong alliances with internal and external business partners, and in focusing his efforts and energy on the end-customer or business goals of the organization.

A big picture thinker, Geoff is both business and tech savvy which enables him to easily converse and connect with a broad range of contacts. Further, Geoff's leadership style as a strong coach and mentor compels others to actively participate in making things happen.
