Have you ever been interrupted in a meeting, or had someone else take credit for your idea? Do you work with a few dominant voices who easily derail your agenda? Has a colleague ever assumed you're taking notes...even though your business card definitely doesn’t say "note-taker"? Yeah, we feel you. Let’s get together to talk about how we can disrupt gender bias in meeting dynamics, and become the leaders our gatherings need—ones who not only share their ideas with confidence, but also create a space where everyone can put their best foot forward.
Join us as we sit down with women’s leadership expert Selena Rezvani to explore:
• Leading with confidence and selling your ideas
• Adapting to unexpected scenarios without panicking
• Handling interruptions, mansplaining, and other derailing behaviors with confidence
• How to create more inclusive meetings that harnesses everyone’s ideas and intelligence
