The Introduction to Mindfulness course is a gentle entry into the practice of mindfulness for accessing the deep wisdom, well-being, and wholeness that reside within you. Course consists of 3 classes and covers 3 meditation practices: sitting, walking, body scanning. Benefits of mindfulness meditation range from the physical, such as reduced symptoms of pain and lessened insomnia, to the emotional, such as increased confidence and joy. A body scan CD is provided for continued practice beyond the course. Everyone is welcome in this course.
Cost is $75 for the class (3 sessions)
