What we're about
Let's get together and color! Coloring helps to reduce stress and calm the mind. Bring your own coloring template books, like Color Me Calm by Lacey Mucklow or Coloring Mandalas by Suzanne Fincher, your colored pencils or pens, and your imagination. We will begin with a few moments of simple breathwork and then commence to coloring! Sessions will last about an hour.
