ABOUT ME, YOUR HOST!
My name is Elaine Lou Cartas. As a business coach and speaker for women of color, my mission is to help one million women of color create their dream business and career. In two years in business, I have already mentored close to 200 clients in 22 different countries level up in their career and business. I have an amazing high track record of my clients' results.
My clients are mothers, daughters and granddaughters focused on creating a legacy that will last generations.
