    Join Colorado Clean Eaters for a short food demo/tasting and a great evening of learning and being inspired... In our seated meditation class we will practice calming the mind, focusing on breath, and cultivating awareness and compassion. We will be training the mind to find balance and mange thoughts using breath as our anchor, learning to let thoughts and feelings come and go. Meditation is not about stopping thoughts, it’s about observing our thinking without getting caught up in our thoughts and emotions by developing an awareness for those moments when our attention wanders. This practice done just 10 minutes a day can start to change the way you approach life! We will also allow time for Q & A. Come and experience it for yourself!
