You are invited to Meditate and relax with the divine Singing Bowls, but mostly tune your vibrations and frequencies for the week, and for the holiday's season approaching us. So we'll start with the chamomile tea, then take some deep breath to to connect with ourselves, relaxing our mind and body in preparation to receive the divine singing bowls sounds and vibrations. After one hour we come back to earth experiencing a sense of deep relaxations, a chocolate that is prepared especially for this occasion, will follow. Cacau is food of Gods. So you wake up with chocolate enough energy to get you home, then you will crash until the next day.

Effects of Singing Bowl Sound Meditation on Mood, Tension, and Well-being: This study examined the effects of sound meditation, specifically Tibetan singing bowl meditation, on mood, anxiety, pain, and spiritual well-being. Participants reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed moo; a significantly greater reduction in tension. Feeling of spiritual well-being significantly increased across all participants. Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being. This meditation type may be especially useful in decreasing tension in individuals who have not previously practiced this form of meditation.
This Singing bows events are not recommended for children under 12, and elderly sometimes inexpert sensitivity to some sounds and may not enjoy some notes or sounds of some singing bowls. If you have any metal implanted in your body- This is not for you, or if you have other health conditions, you are advised to consult with your doctor before coming to our meeting, the singing bowls sounds and vibrations may affect your condition. Metal will vibrate so no metal inside or outside of your body, e.g. implants, jewelry. Take precautions, talk to me, ask question, if you have any condition or questions.
- Make sure you are hydrated and bring water with you.
- Wear something comfortable and bring anything that helps you rest (ex: yoga mat, eye pillow, sleeping bag, blanket)
- Have a bite to eat beforehand.
• When you arrive we will introduce ourselves, We will talk about the group for about 30 minutes.
Ask and answer questions, maybe discuss a relevant subject and/or go over expectations and intentions. We will then start by focusing on your breathe to get calm and comfortable. I encourage you to allow your body to do what it needs to receive the vibration and engulf yourself with the the sounds.
You do not need to bring a singing bowl, but if you have one and want to bring it with you, please feel free.
