You are invited to Meditate and relax with the divine Singing Bowls, and the chamomile tea, chocolate to calm you down and start preparing you self to receive the vibrations and the calming effect of the tea and a short cacao ceremony to ground us before driving home.

Effects of Singing Bowl Sound Meditation on Mood, Tension, and Well-being: An Observational Study
Meditation with Sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls
Poor mood and elevated anxiety are linked to increased incidence of disease. This study examined the effects of sound meditation, specifically Tibetan singing bowl meditation, on mood, anxiety, pain, and spiritual well-being. Sixty-two women and men (mean age 49.7 years) participated. As compared with pre-meditation, following the sound meditation participants reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood (all Ps <.001). Additionally, participants who were previously naïve to this type of meditation experienced a significantly greater reduction in tension compared with participants experienced in this meditation (P < .001). Feeling of spiritual well-being significantly increased across all participants (P < .001). Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being. This meditation type may be especially useful in decreasing tension in individuals who have not previously practiced this form of meditation.
If you have any metal implanted in your body - This is not for you, or if you have other health conditions, you are advised to consult with your doctor before coming to our meeting, vibrations may affect your condition. Metal will vibrate so no metal inside or outside of your body, e.g. jewelry.
- Make sure you are hydrated and bring water with you.
- Wear something comfortable and bring anything that helps you rest (ex: yoga mat, eye pillow, sleeping bag, blanket)
- Have a bite to eat beforehand.
• When you arrive we will introduce ourselves, We will talk about the group for about 30 minutes.
Ask and answer questions, maybe discuss a relevant subject and/or go over expectations and intentions. We will then start by focusing on your breathe to get calm and comfortable. I encourage you to allow your body to do what it needs to receive the vibration and engulf yourself with the the sounds.
You do not need to bring a singing bowl, but if you have one and want to bring it with you, please feel free.
