~ Enjoy a guided meditation journey to help you relax deeply, get in touch with your senses, and ease the feelings of anxiety and worry.
~ Walk away feeling more balanced, blissful, and abundant.
ABOUT MY PLACE:
I can cozily host 25 folks in chairs and soft seats. Feel free to bring a journal and pen for notes and post-meditation insights. I will provide bottled water for your convenience. Please let me know if you have special requests for your comfort.
I share a home with my 18 and 21-year-old children, a retired Army husband, and more than a few cats. The kitties will be in a separate room during the gathering.
We are in a safe neighborhood with ample street parking. Come early to park close to the house and secure a favorite chair or soft seat.
