Do you consider yourself a Microsoft developer?

Yes. Started using C#, .NET and Visual Studio full-time during the Beta in 2001. I have been using them ever since.

Do you consider yourself a Web developer?

Yes. I write all my API's using ASP.NET web services (WebAPI). I also use ASP.NET to build quite a few web applications as well (MVC + Bootstrap and some WebForms).

Do you consider yourself a Database developer?

Yes. I write all of my SQL logic in C# using ADO.NET to call SQL Server, MySQL and Postgresql DB engines.

Do you consider yourself a Desktop developer?

Yes. I still write some Winform apps and sometimes WPF desktop applications as well.

Do you consider yourself a Mobile developer?

No. I am just starting to use Xamarin to develop Xamarin Forms applications for Android, iOS and Windows however.
