Today group member Kristi Hayes announced that gluten-free Tabor Mountain Bakehouse has closed its doors. Kristi, a registered nurse, will be focusing on her Tabor Mountain Holistic Health & Wellness practice (http://www.tabormountainbakehouse.com/holistic-health--wellness.html). The Tabor Mountain mission is to help individuals with food allergies and intolerances transition from crisis to empowerment through education, community and awareness. Which is why Kristi decided to offer workshops so that you can learn how to prepare your favorite Tabor Mountain Bakehouse recipes at home.

Allergy Free Breads Workshop
(6 Hour Hands-On Workshop / $250)

Free of gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, potato & completely vegan. Learn to make our infamous Seeded Brown Bread, Country White Bread, Focaccia and Pizza Crusts. All breads will be made in class as well as you receiving the recipes to take home for future, private use. Learn about flour blends, starches, gums, how to substitute for additional allergies, trouble shooting for altitude, inclement weather and more. Leave this class with fresh made bread, plus recipes filled with your notes on techniques for utmost confidence in your home kitchen.

Allergy Free Cake Basics
(4 Hour Hands-On Workshop / $200)

Free of gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, potato & completely vegan. Learn to bake our vanilla and chocolate cakes, plus how to convert the recipes to make additional flavors! Get the inside secrets on our frostings, plus practice some basic piping techniques. A variety of cakes and cupcakes will be made in class as well as you receiving the recipes to take home for future, private use.

Friday, August 8th 5pm-9pm

Grain Free, Paleo Cake Basics
(4 Hour Hands-On Workshop / $225)

Free of gluten, grains, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, peanuts, potato & completely vegan. Learn to bake our basic paleo cakes, plus how to convert the recipes to make additional flavors, like our yummy Chocolate Espresso and Lemon Coconut. Get the inside secrets on our frostings, plus practice some basic piping techniques. A variety of cakes and cupcakes will be made in class as well as you receiving the recipes to take home for future, private use.
