Watch Dr. Oz on Wednesday for an interesting show discussing the benefits of a healthy vegetarian diet. See below for info and a clip from Wednesday's show.

Forks Over Knives will be featured on The Dr. Oz show on Wednesday, April 27. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., Caldwell Esselstyn, M.D., Neal Barnard, M.D., Rip Esselstyn, and Lee Fulkerson appear to discuss the film and its topics.

I didn't catch this the day it aired but watched each segment on his website.

I liked this so much better than Oprah's show. The food featured/focused on was more wholesome and more representative of a healthy, healing plant based lifestyle. His featured guests were credible and empowering. You can bet people stopped and took note! Not only was it a great promotion of this lifestyle but also a great promotion of Forks Over Knives. smile
