What we're about

CREATING ART IN ANY FORM RELAXES US, BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT IT ALSO RELEASES AN AMAZING SENSE OF WELL-BEING. I FEEL THAT AS WE COLOR, IT ALLOWS A DIFFERENT PART OF OUT BRAIN THE SPACE TO WORK THROUGH THE THINGS THAT ARE TROUBLING US. Coloring can elicit a physical state of deep rest, which can change our physical and emotional responses to stress and anxious feelings. These relaxation responses and mindful activities stimulate our neurological system, which counters the effects of stress. Therapeutic advantages to coloring can include increased focus, brain stimulation and lower levels of overall stress responses.
