What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in learning what hypnosis is, and how to use it to promote health and positive change in your life. Meetup members will learn from a certified hypnotist how hypnosis works and be given the opportunity to experience hypnosis in a group setting. Members will also be given instruction on how to use self hypnosis to promote well-being, achieve goals, and change negative habits. We will also explore other hypnosis-related change methods such as NLP and EFT (Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freeing Technique).
