What is your favorite movie genre (action, animation, classic, comedy, documentary, drama, horror, independent, musical, romance, sci-fi, suspense, etc.)?

I like psychological movies of different genres. By 'psychological' I mean movies that leave a viewer in a state of an internal dialogue with its creators.

What is your least favorite movie genre?

I don't like movies that don't have content beyond flashy effects that blind a viewer and leave him drained of energy and wondering what was the point of that movie.

Would you automatically go see a movie simply because a certain actor or director is involved in it? If so, who?

I'm not very familiar with actors and directors. I would rather go see adaptations of famous literary works that I'm familiar with.

What are your top 5 (or 10) favorite films of all time?

My preferences change all the time and I generally don't like to see movies more than once, unless I need to refresh my memory. There are many great movies I've seen and not only in American cinema.
