This January and February we're going to start back at the basics and make quilts for local charity groups to give to those in need.

Using donated supplies we will work together to cut, piece, and finish quilts. This is a completely volunteer run event. We will work together to choose patterns, design, cut and assemble as may quilts as we can! Come at any time and stay as long as you're able. This will be an open house style and there will be plenty of work to share. Anything not completed this month will be finished on National Make a Blanket Day Saturday, February 16, 2019. (event posting coming soon!)

Studio Creative will be donating use of their facilities and sewing machines for this project!

What to bring: (all optional, if you don't have it you can try out ours)
Sewing machine- if you have one/ it is easily portable
Cutting tools- rotary cutters, scissors, snips
Rulers - grid, specialty, quilting

Beverage or snack to share

Financial donation for the charities and the studio for providing the space for this event.
