We're excited to announce The Columbus Web Group's Weekend Workshops. Weekend Workshops will be lead by experts from the Columbus community to help educate the community on a variety of web-related topics. All workshops will be free of charge and the content will be tailored to the audience attending.

Depending on the complexity of the topic, courses will range in length from 1-3 weeks and will take place on consecutive Saturdays from 10am-12pm. Each course will have limited seats available, which will allow for hands-on learning with the instructor.

Our first Weekend Workshop will be a three week course, "Intro to CSS & HTML," taught by Kevin Mack that will start on June 13th. The link to register will be posted on our Twitter account (@CbusWebGroup) and on our discussion board on Wednesday, May 27th at 10am. Tickets are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you are following us on Twitter and for the latest information.

Intro to CSS & HTML
This three week workshop will take attendees through an introduction to CSS and HTML by covering syntax, best practices, methodologies, and positioning of elements on a webpage. It will be a hands-on workshop that will also include presentations related to CSS and HTML. By end of the third workshop, attendees will complete a task that will be focused on positioning elements on a webpage that will use quality CSS and HTML code.

DATES: Saturday, June 13th/20th/27th
TICKET RELEASE DATE: May 27th @ 10am
URL will be released on Twitter: @cbuswebgroup and discussion board
