Both - I've been grilling forever but have just recently started working with smoking foods. Still working on the perfect beef brisket. Not there yet.... but it's fun to experiement.
Depending on how much time I have. Try to make my own whenever I am able.
I like a sweet tomato based sauce. I like my bbq wet with a lot of flavor and a little heat.
