Are you in or currently in or looking to get in on Commercial real estate investments or development. We welcome Serious begginners and veterans to this deal Making meetup. The purpose of this meet up is to expand our reach as investors and developers for the Commercial real estate industry.

Many times people have a misconception that commercial real estate is just for people with a tons of money, and Its just NOT TRUE. If you have done home flips, duplexes or small multifamily, although different it takes the same amount of effort. Plan to meet Financiers , developers, commercial wholesalers, investors, property/land owners ,private equity, attorneys, GC, Civil Engineers, City Planners/ economic development leaders, Family office managers, and many more who are apart of shaping the commercial real estate industry.

We plan to have industry experts share knowledge and insight into getting deals done in the commercial world , so no matter if you are a beginner or expert you can get in on the action.

We meet 1x a month. Please note this is a serious group and having more than 2 No Shows will result in removal of the group.

THERE ARE DUES of $50 Annually to become a member and particpate in deals or to host an commercial real estate information session.

After two meet up attendances your dues will become due to become and active member. This is to ensure participation! You will not be able to participate in a deal making session until becoming an active member
