Join us for Community Kundalini Yoga Boston. Kundalini yoga is a type of yoga that combines asanas or physical postures with breath work and mantra. All are welcome and we are striving to create an inclusive community that is a safe space for LGBTQ folks and people of all diverse backgrounds. Class will run for an hour an 15 minutes will combine a Kundalini yoga set with meditation. Beginners and experienced yoga practitioners welcome.
A portion of proceeds from each class will go towards supporting community organization or non profit that helps to fight for social and environmental justice.
