The objective of this group is to help people feel more confident and capable in their bodies. Not only do I want you to challenge your fitness, but I also want to create a community that fosters growth. If you are looking to make positive lifestyle changes, we are here to support you!

~ What to expect ~
1) Guided workouts
- Coming to these classes means you have me as a resource. I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have so that you feel confident going into each workout.
2) Utilizing equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, rowers, wall balls, etc.)
- We will go over technique and movement standards before each workout!
4) Training alongside other people

~ I highly encourage you to join if you... ~
1) struggle with workout routines.
2) enjoy exercising but would like more guidance.
3) want to meet other people or feel supported in your journey.
4) are looking to change up your routine and explore other fitness options.
5) are just a human wanting to be healthier and more comfortable/confident in your body!

Regardless of your reason (you don't even need one!), all are welcome and first class is free! :D

Meetup Etiquette:

Please be respectful of the limited RSVP space available for each CF/CS class. If you are unable to attend an event, please withdraw your RSVP or message me in advance so I can plan accordingly. Repeated "no-show" (RSVP-ing but not attending) profiles will be placed on probation or removed from the group. Thank you for your understanding.

Classes/Courses available to look forward to!

- Community Fitness Class - These classes will focus on skill work and conditioning. Expect to see a variety of movements such as rowing, sandbag/dumbbell/kettlebell work, box jumps, throwing, jumping, hand stand holds, core work, etc. Workouts will last anywhere between 10-30 minutes of constant movement, with warm ups and cool downs performed before and after.

- Strength Cycle Courses - Strength cycles will focus primarily on one strength movement each cycle (i.e. squats, deadlifts, bench, strict press, olympic weightlifting etc.). I highly recommend this to folks who prefer strength training and are looking for progression in movements. Folks will need to register beforehand and are expected to complete the entire cycle which may range between 6-12 weeks.

- Specialized Classes - Depending on what people want or express interest in, I will offer specialized classes focusing on improving technique on certain movements (i.e. double unders, single unders, pull ups, push ups, hand stands, rowing, breath work, mobility, etc.).

Some info about me! ~

I am a Sports Performance Coach (USAW L1) with a CF1, and I am CPR/AED certified. I am a coach at Top Gun CrossFit and currently compete in Olympic Weightlifting as a national-level athlete. I am an avid Minneapolis biker. I melt at the sight of sea otters, and I have a strong sweet tooth :)
