Dealing with diversity: a working tool
Why is it so hard to deal with diversity at work, and how can we become more trusting and open to others? A hands-on workshop on dealing with differing (and sometimes clashing) perspectives, mutual trust and taking responsibility over our own experiences. After taking this workshops, participants would have another tool in their cultural arsenal. They would be more accepting of others (and themselves), and be ready to take responsibility (rather than put blame) on their cultural experiences at work. They will be more open to trusting others and working together. I have a Ph.D. in management and have been teaching business for the past 15 years. I also do a lot of volunteer work, and have a secret agenda of seeing more people fulfilled at work.
