What we're about

This group takes place in Bridge of Allan near Stirling. This is an inclusive group for anyone who wishes to develop their compassionate mind to focus on their personal mental health and wellbeing transformation. Led by Sandy McAfee, consultant clinical psychologist with more than 30 years experience in the NHS (HCPC registered). We use a helpful group sharing format known as “way of council”, and we focus on different topics each week. Sometimes we will watch and discuss TED talks and other useful videos. This is a supportive discussion group for everyone, using psychological theory and skills, not a therapy group. Individual therapy is available upon request. Please contact me if you would like to discuss. I hope to see you at our group.
