This is a group for anyone interested in Reformer-based group Pilates classes, true to the original Method. Our dynamic class sessions are available at a variety of levels and at convenient class times. Our Club Pilates Team are people from all walks of life. Real people. Passionate people. People who has learned that on the journey, it's best to stay flexible. Pilates is for everybody who wants to do life!

We know you’re busy, and that some times it’s hard to find a program that fits your schedule. With about 50 classes a week, some starting as early as 6:00AM and some as late as 7:30PM, we have classes to fit almost every schedule. Let’s us help you fit in some “You Time.”
