Hi My name is Kara Horat. I founded “Connect For Success” in San Diego, California in 2014 as a way to expand upon what I love doing; connecting with business-minded people. Bringing the "mastermind" concept and a sense of community to entrepreneurs who want to stretch and grow in an environment that's collaborative and compassionate. We now provide a fully online, multi-faceted, member-based resource where we break all the rules of old-fashioned networking, build solid relationships and have fun in the process. Humbly we are an award-winning community. National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Woman Advocate of the Year, 2017 and I attribute that award to the members who believe in what we do. We firmly believe we can all win when we embrace an abundance mentality and collaborate.
Our goal is helping professionals by connecting, sharing , inspiring and supporting one another while building lifelong relationships. Our members are looking for both personal and professional growth which happens by teaming up with a group of strategic, like-minded professionals who are open and willing to educate, share , collaborate, strategize and create strong referral partners.
