    Topic: "Rather than thinking about being a visionary as being passively gifted or handed some sort of prophetic vision from the Divine, I think of it as being open to a dimension of consciousness — a dimension that we can actively increase our connection with, empowering us to both glimpse new possibilities and also to manifest those possibilities as our new reality. Most of us have been programmed by family and culture to have very limited horizons of what is possible and overly humble assessments of what we are capable of. Due to this social conditioning, we tend to play it safe and to even undermine our own progress as visionaries. If we simply have the willingness to open ourselves up with a spirit of curiosity and allow the question “what if?” to resonate inside us, far more can begin to happen. It’s not magic: it’s really a skill of expanding beyond what is NOW to what COULD BE. I think of it as following the destiny line of someone or something to its full fruition. It doesn’t mean it WILL happen, certainly — but simply seeing it as one possibility in a field of infinite possibilities frees our consciousness up from the loops it was stuck in."     Topic: BY MADISYN TAYLOR Depending on what stage we are at in our lives, we can sometimes feel like we ought to know more about who we are or how to live. We may even berate ourselves for making the same mistakes, or for just not "getting it," whatever "it" may be. We wonder how our lives would be if only we had "known better." During moments like these, it is important to remember that none of us are born with instruction manuals and that learning lessons is a lifelong journey. Inherent to our being born is that we are here to observe, learn, and grow. Accompanying this is a built-in guarantee that there will be mistakes and misadventures along the way. And while it is only natural that we may sometimes become overwhelmed, especially when the lessons keep coming, it is important to remember that learning to understand yourself and your world is an ongoing and active process where the journey is more important than the destination. Every lesson is intended so you can become more of who you are. As you grow through this self-discovery, you begin to create your own instruction manual. The "how" and "why" is yours to discover, and part of the beauty of being alive is that these rules are always changing. Exercise: Write down in order, significant events (both easy and hard ones) that have happened to you. Allow the idea that each had a purpose regardless if they felt challenging or celebratory. Each invited your fullness and was unfolding in divine timing. Your life is a beautiful work in progress. Discover yourself and embrace your life's lessons by adding what you learned from each significant event. Follow exercise with Mediation and then discussion.
