We have 2 groups:
Walking Group will exercise and encourage one another towards walking a 5K.
Jogging Group has a goal of jogging a 5K.
The program gradually moves you from walking at your own pace to jogging at your own pace.
FREE 10-week program to get you from the couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles) • Anyone from the community can participate • Led by experienced runners • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-6:45pm; Sundays 8am-8:45am • 45 minute time commitment
• Nutrition nights for learning how to snack and replenish your body after a run • Goal of jogging and finishing a 5K in August
Encourage those you love to get “off the couch” and join you in the great sport of running. Come have some fun! Bring a water bottle and join the group. Please park in the municipal unpaved parking lot to the left of 72 Jefferson Street, Marlborough.
