What we're about

This Meetup is for people interested in using movement, rhythm, and music to discover, connect, and heal themselves. As we connect deeply within as well as with others in the group, this ripples out into our communities and into the world for deeper peace and understanding. There are no steps or choreography as participants are supported by intentional music playlists designed allow full self-expression of the individuals and the group. The moment is a part of the Azul Conscious Dance practice and we may explore other modalities as opportunities come up. You do NOT need to be a dancer or musician to join this group!
In addition, we will also explore the vibrational benefits of sound through group drumming, Sound Healing and music.
