Dr. Steve Blake Talk: Comparing Popular Diets

Holistic health doctor and author Dr. Steve Blake will talk about how nutrition changes as we move away from a standard American diet (SAD).

Sample diets will be discussed, such as Atkin's, Paleo, and a Raw Food / Vegan diet.

The connection between disease, nutrition, and different lifestyles will help you choose where to eat on the spectrum of diets.

Excellent talk. Very informative. Dr. Blake has a doctorate in holistic health, specializing in nutritional biochemistry. He also has a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and is a neuromuscular therapist. His talk shed light on the nutritional differences among all the popular diets --- from the very sad SAD, popular Paleo, transitional vegetarian, whole food vegan and more...

Hi Ronit, Do you know which "popular diets" will be addressed in this talk? I've read up on GAPS, Weston A Price, Raw, Ayurveda... and I'm now thoroughly confused about what to eat! I'd love to learn how to select the right "diet" to address my current health challenges??
