This is a group for anyone who enjoys meditation and being part of a like-mind community. We offer drop in meditation courses, one-day meditation immersions and weekend retreats. All courses and retreats include teachings, guided meditations and plenty of time for discussion. There's usually some vegan treats to be shared at the end of a class, and day courses and retreats are fully catered :)
The courses are taught by Seb Stewart. Seb has been meditating for 25 years and started teaching meditation in 1997. Having lived as a Buddhist monk for 7 years, Seb now works for New Zealand AIDS Foundation as Community Engagement Manager.
