What we're about

This is a welcoming and accepting community of conscious people that seek to explore our own humanity so we can become more self-aware and replace fear with self-reflection and connect more deeply and intimately with other people.

As a big Harvard study showed our human connections are the most important factor to our happiness and have a big impact on our health.

Each month we will cover a different topic spanning

1. Attachment styles. How to find your own, spot others and use it to have better connections.

2. Love languages. find your own love language and those of others so you can get your core needs meet and meet those of others.

3. Needs. you will learn how to sense and express your needs clearly so you are more likely to get what you need.

4. Boundaries. You will learn how to sense your own boundaries and when you overstep your own capacity so you can ensure you don’t get used or experience resentment.

5. Triggers. You will learn about your own triggers. What makes you snap or get angry/defensive, run away or retrieve so you can know when you are triggered and communicate it in a connecting way rather than get stuck in destructive patterns. You will also learn how to identify other people’s triggers.

6. Shame. Shame inhibit us from living life freely and expressing our nature and experience full happiness. When we replace shame with acceptance something amazing happens. Come and experience this transformation.

7. Connection. Learn how to connect deeply with others and how we can transform our relationships when we connect from vulnerability rather than the idea we have to be perfect or always confident. Pretending does not create connection, vulnerability does.

8. Sexuality. We will cover many aspects of human sexuality.

We normally start with an exercise to get everyone new integrated and feel welcome. We know it can be hard to show up to an event not knowing anyone but you will very quickly be part of the group.

Then there will be a short informal presentation on a topic from the list above and we then do some exercises to integrate the new learning.

After that we will have a topic for discussion.

At the end you are welcome to stay and chat with your new friends.
