As a leader who loves to eat, cook, discuss and take action...The Conscious Dinner Club...was a no brainer.

Meet other people over dinner, be inspired about the world and openly discuss topics around conscious choices and behaviours.

The more of us there are, the more we can hold a positive vibration as a collective whilst sharing food as we have done for centuries.

It is open to anyone who has an interest in living more consciously and open to discussing ideas and sharing knowledge.

We use WiFiFo (https://www.wefifo.com/user/profile/324189951922744) as the main managing platform.
This stands for We Find Food. Think of it like Airbnb...but for food.
It manages important affairs such as dietary requirement, allergies, payments etc.

If you haven't found WiFiFo before, then be ready for a food sharing revolution!

We run multiple Meetup groups, which have a shared themed of consciousness.

......and because we thought online zoom calls whilst we all eat didn't seem appealing,

We thought some abstract thinking was in order.

Conscious Dinner Club is about mind-body-spirit experiences...but for this series of events, we are swapping culinary delights for soulful feasting.

Soul Path Yoga is hosted by our very own Home Chef Kristina Batty and is an online journey of her teachings directly from the Sattva Himalayan Vedic Tradition in North India.

With a combination of breathwork, asana and transformational kriyas this is a fully holistic practice to bring you back to your centre and connect you with the core of who you are.

What you'll need...

- Find a sacred space in your home, somewhere you can drop in and not be disturbed
- A yoga mat and a cushion for seated postures
- A glass of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated
- 10 minutes either side of the session to ease in and ease out
- Laptop is best with your camera on so I can connect in with you

The class is donation based and we appreciate any support you can give. However, if you are in a space where this is not possible and still want to join then please do as it's most important that you receive the benefit of this journey.
