The best way to wake up is to live your dreams...

Dear friend,

If you’re considering a career transition, it’s unlikely your obstacles are unique. Everyone who makes a career move has to deal with similar obstacles. The specifics are different for everyone, but the pattern is similar: How will I support myself and my family? How can I live my job? What if it doesn’t work out?

So what determines who actually commits to the transition vs who remains stuck? The truth is that it has nothing to do with the size or nature of the specific obstacles. People with every advantage, including money in the bank and family support, remain stuck, while those who seem to have the odds stacked against them, proceed as if the obstacles weren’t even there.

The difference is that those who successfully transition, see themselves as capable of overcoming the obstacles in their path. Their internal resources like focus, desire, creativity compensate their lack of external resources. On the other hand, those who remain stuck see their challenges as "bigger" than their inner resources. Consequently, they just keep starring at the obstacles complaining about them, often without really making any serious attempt toward their dreams.

But when people reach the point of believing that their inner resources are strong enough to handle the external obstacles, everything is possible, and no external reaource is needed to start and successfully accomplish their journey. Because really, your inner resources are always bigger than your outer obstacles, and when you wake up to that truth, miracles start to happen and your dream become a reality...
