- Holotropic Breathwork Weekend Workshop
We feel honored to invite you to the second edition of a two full-day workshop to experiment a method of self-exploration and healing that uses deep, expanded states of consciousness induced by a combination of simple means: accelerated breathing, evocative music, and releasing bodywork. Typically, we are only aware of a small part of the vastness of our being. We usually identify ourselves with certain roles that we introduce through education, then we assume them and play them, limiting our potential and inner growth, through the belief that there is nothing beyond them. In Holotropic Breathwork, the record of living and understanding is so vast that the whole spectrum of existence grows, becomes more in-depth, in fact, infinite. Internal freedom increases in this way, releasing valuable resources, creativity, emotional, mental, energetic and physical balance. The Facilitator: Transpersonal Psychotherapist Lyudmila Scortescu, president of the Transpersonal Development Association of the Republic of Moldova and leader of Holotropic Breathwork in the Republic of Moldova, member in the Board of Directors of European Trans-personal Association, coordinator of EUROTAS Ethics Committee and member of the Committee for Certification and Accreditation, head of training programs for Transpersonal Psychology and process-oriented therapy. leading groups of body oriented therapy and integrative psycho-techniques and Holotropic Breathwork for over 15 years. - Reaching top well-being through Loreta QEEG Deep Brain Neurofeedback
Did you ever wonder who`s the major player in your well-being state ? That`s right,it`s your brain! The next line of questions:aside the traditional alopat methods do we have alternatives to get the brain in top shape? One of the latest revolutionary technological discoveries in this area is LORETA Deep Brain Neurofeedback Training! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxHR7InSQ1c LORETA, Low Resoulution Electromagnetic Tomographic Analysis was developed by Roberto Pascal Marti, Key Institute, in Zurich. LORETA Z score Neurofeedback was developed at the University of Tennessee and papers have been published on the clinical efficacy. The goal of LORETA is to train the activity inside the brain, not just the surface EEG on the cranium of the brain. Emotion, memories and behavior depend on the coordinated activities of regions in the brain connected by the limbic system. LORETA Z score training allows us to train the different systems (networks and hubs) in all three dimensions, amplitude, coherence, and timing. LORETA connects the data from your QEEG to the Broadmann areas in the brain that research associates with the symptoms you are experiencing, allowing only the areas that match to be trained. Relying solely on brain maps can be misleading, as the brain develops compensatory systems as a way to work around the problem, resulting in a misrepresentation of what is causing the problems. With the LORETA Z score training you are utilizing over two hundred years of research linking symptoms to the Broadman areas in the brain, with the end result of treating the root cause and not a symptom. The event will be presented by Mr Francois Altwies and Ms.Susan Kesselhut, both Neurofeedback Therapists at Neurofeedback Luxembourg. Tematics of the meeting: 1.Presentation of LORETA Neurofeedback method with lots and lots of practical demos. 2.Augementing the power of Neurofeedback using PEMF(Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy). 3.Q&A session, brainstorming and discussing your interests regarding the future events! Please, would you be so kind to confirm your participation! Recommended donation :15 euros(optional but needed for covering the event`s expenses).
- Spiritual adventures in the Flotation Tanks and Body-Syncing at 216 HZ
1.How could a Flotation Tank help you with your spiritual development?I mean , it’s relaxing, it’s great for the joints, works wonders for stress. But that’s sort of like getting excited over the fitness benefits of mountaineering and ignoring the fact that you’re having a religious experience clinging to an ice face on the roof of the world. What I’m saying, brothers and sisters, is that Floatation Tanks aren’t just spa tubs for hippies, they’re actually portals into the swirling depths of the psyche. Spacecrafts to take you face-to-face with the void. Cosmic intercoms for communing with astral beings on totally different planes of reality. 2.From our previous meeting we realised that everybody is very interested in experience directly how technology applies to spirituality. That`s why we decided to alocated a big chunk of the meeting to the practical and demonstrational aspect. For this session will try to Body-Sync 2 persons at 216 HZ.We would like to provide everyone such an experience and get the feedback from you. That`s why we will limit the number of participants to 10-12 persons max. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHnbKjQGhHw For this meeting we have a very special guest,Robert Lenzie ,who built his own flotation tank and spent along the years, more than 1000 hours.he will share with us his experiences regarding the benefits of building and using regularly such a device. Robert Lenzie(UK) is a long-term medidator( plus 40 years of various traditions),consciousness explorer, inventor, floater and neurohacker. Topics: 1.A story of 4 years of daily Floating! with Robert Lenzie. 2.Mixing Floating and Neurofeedback. 3. Practical demonstration of Body-Syncing of two or three persons at 216 HZ. 4. Discussion, Q&A 5. Brainstorming & Networking, Ideas for future meetups. The meetup aims at self-organization of the group, you are welcome to contribute any related topics and ideas for future meetups. We have invited keynote speaker and biohacker Finn Rößner to speak about his own journey that led him from chronic sickness to succesfully utilizing technologies of DIY-medicine to engineer states of physical, emotional and even spiritual wellbeing as well as peak performance. He will be introducing some of the techniques and give a live demonstration of the TAGsync protocol, a neurofeedback application engineered to shortcut to advanced states of meditation. Finn Rößner works in training, coaching and personal growth based on integral systems thinking & cybernetics. He will be running a workshop on the following day in Luxembourg and is availabe for coachings from friday through monday. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/finn-rößner-a[masked]a) The structure of our first conference: 1. What is Consciousness Hacking and why we are doing this? [Alin Samson] 2. Short, minimalistic introduction of participants. 2. Talk: 'Bridging heaven and hell through technology'. A young man's journey from chronic sickness to chronic bliss utilizing the methods of future medicine. An introduction to biohacking and the field's approaches. [Finn Rößner] 3. Discussion, Q&A Pause 4. Introduction: 'Self-regulation mediated by neurofeeback-assisted meditation'. We will be introducing the principle of the TAGsync neurofeedback approach which can be seen as a systems-approach to mental health and a shortcut to deeper spiritual states. The approach has formed a community of biohackers cultivating very advanced states of meditative bliss. The speaker has spent hundreds of hours rewiring his brain using the method to great effect. The event's organizer is practicing the method for a prolonged period as well. (http://www.tagsync.com) [Finn Rößner] 5. Practical demonstration of the technique. We will be wiring up the advanced meditator and consciousness hacker, PhD. Alfred Groff. We are aiming at receiving a live feedback for the method from a skillful navigator of deeper states of consciousness. (http://alfredgroff.com) [PhD. Alfred Groff, Finn Rößner] 6. Discussion, Q&A Pause 7. Brainstorming & Networking, Ideas for future meetups. ----------------------- The meetup aims at self-organization of the group, you are welcome to contribute any related topics and ideas for future meetups. [!!!] We would like to invite everyone of you to confirm your participation in order to prepare an adequate room. Water and coffee will be provided. [!!!] Monetary contribution is voluntary.
