This class is a mixture of teaching and practice. You will learn how self-awareness and connecting to your body-mind are the foundations of self-healing and well-being. Through meditation you will be led to being present with your body, mind and sensations to better understand self-care, how to nourish and refresh yourself.
Sound Bathing will wash away psychic debris and integrate the healing and wisdom gained during the meditation session. You will experience the power of sound in breaking apart disharmony and balancing the frequencies of the body, mind and spirit.

Ian Jin Yap is a Martha Beck life coach and healer who helps his clients enhance their self-care and self-compassion so that they can move through difficult life situations with more grace and ease. When he is not working with clients, he studies folklore and herbal healing traditions.
