What we're about
We are a group of parents that meets for 5 weeks beginning April 9th. Thursday evenings from 6-7:30. Topics will include, but not be limited to: How to create a Mindfulness practices to help us understand, appreciate and connect with ourselves and our children. How to parent without rewards and punishments. How to foster unconditional love between ourselves and our children. Practical applications for specific situations, challenges and behaviors. How we can deepen our insight, to improve the quality and enjoyment of parenting.
