Ginny Redish is the author of Letting Go of the Words: Writing Web Content that Works, now in second edition. In June, Ginny spoke at UXPA on the panel, Standing on the Shoulders of Giants: The History of User Research, Understanding Our Past, Preparing for Our Future.
Ginny is a "giant" in content clarity, usability, strategy, and wisdom. Her ability to cull from the past and develop for the future is critical to helping us understand what to trim and what to cherish as content strategists. And, she's our own giant, an active member of our CS-DC community.
