Well, let's start with this must read: "Content Strategy for the Web", by Kristina Halvorson. And I'm not just kowtowing to Brain Traffic for starting this Meetup. Kristina's book is a solid, practical guide to the complex, multi-disciplinary process that is content strategy. Read it. Then read it again. Then read other stuff.
