What we're about

Our mission is to spread the knowledge of effective management practices; in particular continual improvement. The Deming Alliance is a non-profit professional association of management experts and practitioners based in the UK. We are engaged in transforming the way people live and work. We strive to expand the awareness, understanding and application of continual improvement and meet 4-5 times per year, as a workshop of practitioners, to share and learn.

This is a workshop for consultants, improvement, quality and systems thinking practitioners, and one of a series of events in 2020. Morning session: Could ISO18404 help with Business Transformations? Afternoon session: Application of Critical Systems Heuristics There are networking opportunities during breaks and start/end of the day. Lunch and refreshments are included in the price.
