Continuous Cognitive Breathing (CCB) techniques are a set of very subtle and precise practices derived from the Kriya Yog traditions.

Practitioners experience a detox of the mind, body and consciousness during which emotional, psychological or physical blockages are removed through an intense flow of bio-electric energy that is generated. This is often followed by a state of blissful self-awareness.

Continuous Cognitive Breathing (CCB) is an excellent prelude to deeper meditative experiences.
